These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of subtally, a physical LED sign with accompanying software. By purchasing our product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Product Purchase

Subtally is sold as a one-time purchase via Etsy. The product includes the LED sign and the proprietary software that runs it. There is no subscription or recurring fee.

3. Warranty & Guarantee

We offer a one-year warranty on the LED sign (excluding accidental damage). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and ensures repair or replacement at our discretion.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped through Etsy. We offer international shipping via Etsy; estimated delivery times and shipping fees vary and are determined by Etsy.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

In accordance with UK law, customers are entitled to a cooling-off period as outlined in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Please refer to Etsy's policies for detailed information on refunds and cancellations.

6. Payment & Pricing

Payment is processed via Etsy. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Disclaimers & Limitations of Liability

Subtally does not guarantee uninterrupted service or the absolute accuracy of sub count data. Third-party APIs may change or withdraw access at any time, and we are not liable for any resulting issues. Our liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.

8. Usage Restrictions

The LED sign is designed for use with accounts for which you are responsible. You may use the sign for personal or commercial purposes. However, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
